Royal Surrey County Hospital (RSCH) NHS Trust has introduced a coaching initiative to lift morale, support staff wellbeing and improve performance. The initiative consists of an initial one-to-one coaching programme for pharmacy trainees, then a four-week inter-professional pilot programme.
