Coaching empowers at Kirklees

The report, Coaching: Is it worth it? by Joe Edwards from Azure Consulting, also suggests coaching has a significant impact on performance, leads to strong improvements in confidence and may be associated with increased job satisfaction, while trained coaches scored higher on measures of psychological empowerment.
