Insider dealing Katharine St John-Brooks’ article, ‘Moral Support’(vol 5, issue 1) was an interesting perspective on the challenges of being an internal coach. Having operated as both an internal and external coach, I agree that the ethical dilemmas faced by internal coaches can be more complex. So it was worrying to learn that only a third use a coaching agreement agreed with their organisation.
