The first time you login to our new website please use the Webkey Login option (this is situated below the standard Login option):
Enter your webkey (the one you used in the past to access the CIPD Coaching at Work website, e.g. CW00000). Your webkey has been set as your default password. Please note this is case sensitive.
Once you have entered the site, please click the Edit Profile button to see your username. Make a note of your username (as you will need this to access the site in the future).
If your username is not your email address (or your email address has changed), we suggest you contact us on 0844 322 1274 or coaching@servicehelpline.co.uk to update your details with an accurate email address. Please note that without a registered or accurate email address you will not be receiving the monthly Coaching at Work e-newsletter which is part of your subscription.
You can then update your profile. Your default password is your webkey, so if you wish you can change your password from your webkey. Please remember that your password will be case sensitive.
The next time you enter the website please use the Login option (this is because in the future we will be phasing out the webkey login option to improve security) – by entering your username followed by your password.
