With a Post Graduate Certificate in Performance Development Coaching from Teeside University and experience of coaching through restructure, retirement, promotion and change, Zoe brings a practical approach to supporting her clients through the issues that they face. I fully subscribe to the idea that “who we are is how we coach”, and that it is important to build an empathetic relationship with my clients. I truly want my clients to find their own solutions to the issues that they face but will offer in relevant experience where they think it appropriate. I have both practical and academic learning to support my practice, having completed an experiential course as well as my PgC. I treat the models and methods I have learnt as tools in a toolbox that can be brought out when relevant to support the development of the client. I continue to develop my learning in support of my clients, using the Association for Coaching co-coaching forums as a way to try out new techniques in a safe, yet challenging, environment before using they with a client.
