We offer management and leadership coaching at all levels and are specialists in HR for those interested in coaching with content. We hold ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring qualifications and also utilise NLP, holding Practitioner qualifications.

Coaching approach
The first coaching session is always free of charge as it is used to check whether we can work well together, and to enable us to judge whether coaching can be of benefit to the situation. We contract through setting a coaching agreement, defining measurable goals for achievement. We prefer to offer a programme of coaching sessions. Coaching supervision is also offered.
