Since 1996 Wendy has accrued several thousand hours coaching board members, directors, managers and high potentials from over 40 countries across four continents. She has experience of global commercial organisations, arts, charities, HE sector and the NHS. With a background in psychology, a Masters in organisational change and two Diplomas in Coaching, Wendy is accredited as a coach in the UK through APECS and in the USA. Before establishing her consultancy Wendy spent ten years in the cultural heritage industry, including a period as global curator for an international art investment company based in Switzerland, and ten years in private practice as a psychotherapist. She brings her significant experience of individual development to the context of organisational change.

Wendy brings particular expertise in effective leadership, career review and transition coaching and advanced behavioural change.
