Since 1996 Wendy has accrued several thousand hours coaching board members, directors, managers and high potentials from over 40 countries across four continents. She has experience of global commercial organisations, arts, charities, HE sector and the NHS. With a background in psychology, a Masters in organisational change and two Diplomas in Coaching, Wendy is accredited as a coach in the UK through APECS and in the USA. Before establishing her consultancy Wendy spent ten years in the cultural heritage industry, including a period as global curator for an international art investment company based in Switzerland, and ten years in private practice as a psychotherapist. She brings her significant experience of individual development to the context of organisational change.

Wendy brings particular expertise in effective leadership, career review and transition coaching and advanced behavioural change. A significant part of Wendy’s work is guiding clients to align their strengths with the needs of their organisations, and encouraging clients to find personal and professional fulfilment. She helps senior executives to develop their resilience, clarify their thinking, and change their behaviour - especially when implementing or responding to organisational change. Client evaluation confirms that Wendy is valued for her deep listening, her ability to confront without being confrontational and for combining depth of work with practical actions and measurable results. Wendy particularly enjoys working with clients who have the courage to dive deep; who will take action to make an immediate impact as well as embedding significant change over the longer term.
