After gaining senior management experience in the pharmaceutical industry I made a career transition into executive coaching in 2008. I trained at The Grove, London on an Association for Coaching accredited course and deepened my psychological knowledge at the Gestalt Centre in London. I have also been deepening my meditative and contemplative side for 25 years, most recently at the Karuna Institute in Devon. Tai Chi also supports my mindfulness practices.

Coaching approach
I use an integrative approach drawing upon in depth knowledge of organisational realities, human psychology, neurobiology and the practice of embodied mindfulness. This background facilitates the promotion of team connectivity leading to enhanced performance and creativity. It is also helpful for developing chairmanship skills.
