I coach directors, senior managers, teams and individuals to unlock their potential, identify and build on their existing strengths and raise their game, leading to improved performance levels. My commercial background includes nearly 20 years director-level senior management in marketing and branding at Sky and Virgin Media plus marketing consultancy roles for Vodafone Group, Astro Malaysia, Sky Italia and LOVEFiLM. This has given me business and behavioural experience at a senior executive level - with first-hand experience of what it takes to successfully hold positions of responsibility and leadership I offer a highly practical and effective coaching approach. As an Executive Board member for the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), I am actively involved in the development of the coaching profession. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Sociology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and an accredited Advanced Diploma in Professional Coach-Mentoring - Senior Practitioner Level (EMCC). I successfully completed the TA101 course in 2009.

My natural style is professional and friendly – supportive, yet challenging! As an intuitive coach I know what it takes to energise individuals and teams to work through their ‘blocks’ and challenges to achieve their goals. I work with clients to focus on developing personal, management and leadership skills to achieve their personal and professional ambitions. My coaching is about delivering change that people can see and feel - my positive approach creates client confidence and motivation and I am deeply committed to those with whom I work. I specialise in coaching media clients and senior women in business. With my pragmatic approach, I work with individuals and teams to help them resolve challenging business and personal issues, while remaining focused on results and outcomes. I draw on a number of approaches in my coaching sessions bringing only what is appropriate, with the desired outcome always being to help my clients reach whatever their goal may be.
