Coaching approach

My coaching philosophy can be summed up as: ‘Sustainable learning and change: Enabling individuals and teams to maximise performance, potential and impact through deeper self-insight and proactive learning’. My coaching style is collaborative and outcome-focused, based on an integrative approach using psychological and behavioural models. I support and challenge my clients, enabling them to make positive use of their own skills and resources. I help them to think and do things differently, more productively, with clarity of purpose and meaning. I offer feedback, where appropriate, enabling them to celebrate strengths and successes; and to learn from setbacks and development. Goals may be specific or emergent; the coaching process is a learning journey that enables clients to grow and flourish. Check what clients say at http://www.linkedin.com/in/i2isueoliver
