Coaching approach

Having a wealth of coaching experience and access to many transformational coaching resources, I approach each new client or contract with a view to bringing about the change required in each situation. The focus needs to be on ensuring there is a defined outcome for the coaching and measures of success that are valid and appropriate for each situation. These will differ depending on the context - organisational, individual, team or personal. The coaching that I provide is structured to ensure that progress is identifiable. The approach is to ensure that whatever the client needs to be able to bring about the transformation is made accessible to them. Thinking patterns, behavioural habits and emotional awareness are explored, re-tuned and new approaches are put into practice to ensure that change is not only possible but also maintainable.
