Described as ‘inspirational’ in a recent creativity and coaching program, Simon brings his professionalism, business understanding and coaching credentials to engagements he works on. Simon has always delivered results through the people that he works with. He has led a multi-site distribution operation, a chemicals business and a strategic relationship in the telecoms industry together with working in the printing and manufacturing industry. He recently completed an MBA at Aston University where he gained a distinction specializing in leading people for competitive advantage. He was also awarded best postgraduate student of 2009/2010 at Aston Business School and holds a PG Cert in Coaching as well as level A / B competent for psychometrics

Described by his clients as “easy to talk to”, Simon engages professionally and safely, creating a challenging environment to discuss and draw out the required next steps.
