As a CTI trained Co-Active coach, associate member of the AC and member of the ICF, I am passionate about helping individuals and teams realise their potential, both personally and professionally. A BSc degree from the University of Birmingham, a diploma in management studies and with 10 years of commercial experience, latterly as a Business Change Manager for a large Utility, I have a sharp understanding of real business challenges. This insight combined with my natural coaching style, ability to engage with individuals at all levels, exceptional listening skills, and intuitive approach makes for a powerful combination. My areas of specialism include career coaching, life-balance coaching and team facilitation.

As a co-active coach I am passionate about helping individuals realise their potential both personally & professionally, raising levels of self-awareness, self-confidence and self-belief. My coaching philosophy is about enabling transformative change that sticks! Whilst I hold firm the clients specific coaching goal, I also focus on the whole person as I believe it is hard to isolate one “issue” and there is often a more complex web of things to unravel before transformative change can take place. I have a natural warm and empathetic coaching style which, combined with my business change expertise and understanding of real business issues, enables me to shape order out of chaos and provide constructive and supportive challenge to help clients to achieve their best.
