I am a coach, mentor, trainer, HR & OD professional with over 25 years leadership, consultancy and coaching experience. With business savvy and excellent interpersonal skills I balance strategic vision with a practical approach to deliver results. I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and am currently Chair for CIPD Sussex and sit on the CIPD national committee for Membership and Professional Development. I am also a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, with a Level 7 ILM Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching. As well as running the consultancy Savvy People Management I am Director of Community Options, a successful mental health and wellbeing charity based in South East London.

My approach is always coachee centred so will flex according to what is required. I strive to be a supportive, facilitative, challenging, results-oriented, stretching, empathetic, business-like, personable, friendly and savvy in equal measure. I will blend mentoring with coaching where that is appropriate and use a range of coaching, OD and leadership approaches and tools where these can be helpful in supporting coachees to achieve their coaching goals. I also work with a number of experienced associate coaches who can be called upon when appropriate (for instance if a more therapeutic approach is called for, for specialist career coaching or NLP Master Practitioner skills would be helpful).
