Coaching approach

I have a holistic, integrated and systemic approach to coaching which is completely client centered, bearing in mind the duality of individual and organisational clients and the system in which the client finds him/herself. l work at a transformational level, using identity work to help clients understand the impacts of their behaviours within their contexts. Organisational work can be a mix of coaching and mentoring so it is important that I contract up front for overall objectives with both coachee and sponsor and this contract is reviewed during the coaching sessions. I have a strong focus on personal change and measurable outputs and usually contract for six sessions at a time which allows for personal development without dependency.
