Sally’s passion is helping people achieve greater influence and impact through their work. A leadership and careers coach, and specialist coach-mentor to HR professionals, she supports mid-senior individuals who want to advance their career in their current place of work by developing their confidence, communications or leadership skills. Her coaching is built on a deep understanding of organisations large and small. In her prior employed career, she worked as a Human Resources Director – latterly for FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies - and over many years collaborated with and developed leaders at all levels. Her industry coaching experience includes Real Estate Investment Management, Professional Services and the not-for-profit sector.

Sally’s coaching sessions are a place where clients say they feel able to open up from the word go. With her training roots in cognitive behavioural, solutions focussed and positive psychology theory and approaches, she takes a strengths-led approach, helping people identify the distinctive qualities and guiding values they have and can leverage. She also assists in identifying any areas that hold them back and support clients to develop practical strategies to address them.
