I am a Professional Certified Coach accredited with the International Coach Federation and have been an executive coach for over twenty years, working with a wide range of people and organisations. In the early '90s I was a niche business consultancy director, developing team and individual leadership performance, and it was at this time that I began to specialise as an executive coach and mentor. Later, in 2007, I co-founded Coaching on Call, the pioneer in providing on-demand telephone coaching to managers worldwide. As well as an MA in Linguistics and Social Anthropology from Edinburgh University, I have a counselling qualification from the University of Surrey and am an accredited NLP coach and master practitioner. I am based near Farnham in Surrey.
