My approach is to provide a reflective space for you to explore, test and develop your leadership skills in a safe, supportive and structured environment. I am outcome-focused and will be led by your specific needs while also taking into account the demands of your role and the expectations of your organisation. My own senior executive experience across several sectors together with my psycho-dynamic training mean I am realistic about the demands and complexities of senior roles, and the need for tangible results, while not neglecting the challenging emotional demands of effective leadership
