Changing mindset and self-harming relationship with food and empowering you with knowledge, skills and motivation to get out of the problem and change the behaviour patterns. What makes this type of therapy different?The most important important part of therapy is making sure i am the right expert for you.I specialise in Eating Disorder brake through counselling sessions working with individuals suffering with eating disorders. Eating Disorder is can be really difficult and without the right and correct type of support it can be really difficult to move forward.
