With over 15 years of coaching and mentoring, he brings considerable knowledge and expertise to help individuals and teams to fulfil their potential by overcoming their barriers to increased performance. He works with Chief Executives, Directors and Senior Managers, helping them to meet the changing needs of their organisations in some very challenging environments. Phillip coaches in the public, private and voluntary sectors. He is on the National Register of Coaches for NHS Scotland. As a professional, Phillip holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from the University of Strathclyde Business School, accredited by European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) to Practitioner Level. He works to the EMCC’s Code of Ethics, and is a Chartered Engineer of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
