Executive and Business Coach (Postgrad Certificate from Leeds Met University), member of the EMCC and experienced in working with men and women at all levels within public and private sector organisations. She has proven expertise in career, leadership and performance coaching gained over the past 13 years. Assignments include career progression for colonels within NATO, management planning for government, development coaching within Barclays and assisting managers return to the workplace.

I have a holistic view of coaching - I work with the 'whole person' using psychological principles as well as the organisation/context which they are operating within. I use an integrated approach combining my CBT/REBT based psychotherapy training together with my Gestalt based accredited coach training. My prior background in business and the fact that I'm a Chartered Organisational Psychologist enable me to understand consultancy and business context. I believe my strength is my ability to connect and build trust with people, working with them to reach their objectives. Moving to the UK from Trinidad, I have developed a career whilst being married with two young children. I am passionate about coaching individuals to help them achieve their aspirations and am very aware of the challenges both men and women face.
