I am a Fellow with the CIPD, hold an MBA, am a qualified Social Worker CQSW. My recent background for the last 20 years has been managing large organisations (£100m) and large staff groups through a range of change situations (including merger, acquisition and major organic growth). In 2003 I set up an Executive Coaching and Mentoring Company 3dK working in the Social Housing and Commercial worlds. I have mentored and coached over 40 senior executives many of whom will share their experiences with colleagues interested in the 3Dk approach.
