As well as coaching a number of clients ranging from Start-Up Owners to Senior Managers in FTSE100 Companies, I also deliver and facilitate coaching leadership programmes to clients including Google, You Tube and British Gas .

Coaching approach
I have a consultative coaching style, balancing compassion with challenge, while supporting clients to fulfil their goals and to reach their full potential. I am an associate member of Association for Coaching (AC) and International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP) and regularly attends CPD workshops and seminars to keep myself in touch with current coaching trends.
