Clients who most benefit from working with me as their coach tend to be leaders in middle management who are challenged by team dynamics and the ambiguity that can come about during complex organisational change. My coaching is often solutions focussed as I enable clients to identify their specific goals and visions, and my aim is to help them to work at their full potential by facilitating them to look beyond perceived restrictions. Working together, we explore the resources available to them and I facilitate them to realise and use their key strengths in order to reach successful outcomes. This can lead to them achieving a greater part of their potential, gaining more fulfilment in their job role and giving added value as the organisation benefits from their positive contribution.
