Neslyn has operated on a number of Boards and has 21 years continuous Board experience within the NHS, including 10 years as Chairman of NHS Kingston where she lead the Board to turn around a financial deficit of £21.5M within 2 years and achieved a surplus of £3M at the end of the 2 years. Neslyn is currently serving as a Trustee on the Board of a charitable organisation that focus on enabling unemployed people to be employed.
