I see coaching as a process enabling people (and teams and organizations) to learn effectively by pressing the stop auto-pilot button and start piloting (or driving) proactively, out of intentional choice. It is as simple and as complex as that. I use a range of methodologies - from 360-Degrees Feedback and Strengths Deployment Inventory, through to Thinking Environment, SFBT and TA, underpinned by systems theory, neuroscience findings and the emotional intelligence framework.
