Coaching approach
Coaching delivers success for teams and individuals by acting as a positive catalyst for change. I aim for a collaborative and trusting coaching relationship that enables dialogue, with feedback, that focuses upon outcomes significant to both the client and other stakeholders. I provide challenge and support to facilitate personal learning that drives improved performance. As an Ashridge accredited coach, I draw on a comprehensive range of approaches to maximise the opportunities for beneficial change. My supervisor is the Director of Coaching at Ashridge.
