Drawing from years of experience in business leadership and on his MBA training and on his background as an ACC coach with the International Coach Federation, an Associate Coach with the Center for Creative Leadership and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (UK) he is focused on achieving outstanding performance. He has worked in the UK, South Africa, Taiwan and China and in companies at CEO level. He is currently a VP in Leadership Development International and heads up their training, coaching & consulting division.

I use a strongly relational and integrative approach in coaching based on a belief that each of us has the resources we need to make desired improvements and changes to our behaviours and thereby our performance in the work place and in life generally. My coaching style combines a dynamic engagement with the coachee that balances support and challenge. I remain committed to helping the person in the room but also seek to build commitment to change, belief that all things are possible and that finding joy in the process is a well-spring of strength.
