My work is focusing on Executive Coaching, Team Coaching, Coach Supervision and Mentoring. I hold a MCC (Master Certified Coach Qualification from the International Coach Federation), MBA (Wake Forest University, Graduate School of Management) and 25 years of international leadership experience in global cooperations. In 2001 I became an independent coach and actively participate in several professional associations for coaches and pursue continuous professional development to stay on top of new developments. I work with senior and young leaders and leadership teams globally across all industries, on leadership challenges, transformational change in disruptive business environments and on personal alignment.
