Self employed Executive coach. An accomplished businesswoman with over 20 years experience of managing and leading teams and running a business. I have managed budgets as large as £350million and teams up to 65 people. I work with leaders at all levels from the MD of companies to first line managers, from entrepreneurs to people who are just starting out in business. I also supervise coaches, both internal and professional. I work on a 1-1 basis, and also with groups. My qualifications include a Foundation in Coaching Supervision, Post graduate certificate in Business Coaching, Post graduate diploma in Management Studies. I am a full member of the Association for Coaching.

I believe the client is the expert when it comes to themselves, their life, their business etc and they will know what is right for them. Therefore my role is to help them to look at themselves, their team, their business, or whatever they need to, from different angles and different perspectives which will help to find new ways of thinking and behaving that will suit them. This will sometimes involve challenging long held assumptions and beliefs that may have served them well in the past. I provide a relaxed and safe place for these to be explored. I am highly flexible and adaptable when working with groups or individuals. I believe everyone is individual and that one size does not fit all. I pay close attention to each individual and tailor how I work to ensure that they get the best from each session. It can be serious stuff but we'll have a laugh too sometimes!
