My approach is focused on goals and solutions, not on problems, is based on constructivism philosophy, cognitive behaviour, and focuses on the present and the future. The synergistic relationship between Coach and Client can allow incredible things to happen. A coach supplies accountability, support and perspective. The metaphor of a Dolphin describes my intuitive, gentle nudging explorative questions, exploring the terrain, initially through the same misty lens.
