Following a 25 year policing career, working nationally twice and internationally including mentoring and career development. Since January 2016 I have trained as a Level 5, postgrad degree personal in performance (qualified Sept 2018) and a diploma in small business coach (awaiting grade) and I am currently finishing an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology with UEL. I am currently a student member of ABP and a member of the Special Interest Group in Coaching Psychology and will be applying for associate membership of EMCC when I receive my MSc.

I provide evidence-based coaching and mentoring support for entrepreneurs, sole traders, start-ups and small businesses. I am a strength-based business and will also be providing training to assist business owners to improve the performance and productivity of their businesses through organisational and employee wellbeing. I am also neurodiverse and am passionate about inclusivity in the workplace, as well in society. I am about to begin to develop offering additional training, coaching and mentoring for neurodiverse business owners/employee. I will also seek to encourage businesses to be truly inclusive and create working practices which will support and develop employees and potential employees who have a neurodiverse condition.
