I assist experienced professionals, including both individual contributors and managers, in defining their professional goals and cultivating a powerful growth mindset, so that they can build their careers and lives according to their own needs and values. I am a member of the International Coach Federation and a certified Design Thinking practitioner and facilitator, with over 15 years of experience in people development. On a personal level, I believe that we all have more power in us than we realize and that we become better each day. However, when we make our efforts intentional, we will do it faster.
