Coaching approach

Liz has a special interest in working with clients afffected by physical and mental health issues, stress or disability. She enjoys enabling clients to develop more effective ways of working, by increasing their self-awareness and understanding of organisational dynamics and finding productive ways to change their patterns of thinking and behaviour. Her coaching programmes are designed to enable clients to optimise their work performance, particularly during periods when their sense of wellbeing is affected by either work-related or personal issues. She works with clients to develop practical strategies for achieving their work objectives more efficiently, whilst also actively managing their physical, mental and emotional resilience. A key part of any coaching programme is enabling clients to actively manage working relationships through clear, planned communication.
