Coaching approach

As an Executive Coach, Linda is excited by the potential for the coaching relationship to free up mindsets and open new possibilities, enabling clients to let go of unhelpful patterns that are holding them back. For Linda, a key purpose of coaching is to tap into the resourcefulness that is present in us all. She believes that by working together, in purposeful coaching relationships, individuals and organisations can grow to their full potential. Linda is trained in a "relational" approach, which means that she is mindful of what is happening in the coaching relationship - as a reflection of what is going on for the coachee elsewhere. Well grounded in psychological theory and frameworks, Linda supports those she coaches to lead the direction of the coaching conversation, whilst offering focus, challenge and honesty in the coaching relationship.
