Kim Croasdale

Profile

I coach women and senior professionals navigating work, leadership and life transitions. My work is particularly suited to people who are returning to work after parental leave, stepping into more senior responsibility, rethinking their professional identity, managing burnout risk, or trying to progress in systems that were not designed around the realities of care, health, family life and change. I bring a systems-informed perspective to coaching, shaped by 15 years working in climate change and 8.5 years in NHS leadership, alongside my work through Entela supporting organisations to retain and progress the people they cannot afford to lose. Clients often come to coaching when something has shifted: their confidence, priorities, energy, role, identity or sense of what is sustainable.

Coaching approach

My coaching style is calm, thoughtful, practical and gently challenging. I work in partnership with clients to create a safe, reflective space where they can think honestly about what is happening beneath the surface, not just what is most urgent. This might include exploring identity, confidence, boundaries, leadership, work-life tension, career direction, or the impact of organisational culture on individual experience. My approach is informed by coaching practice, systems thinking and organisational experience. I do not offer simplistic advice or quick fixes. Instead, I help clients notice patterns, clarify what matters, test assumptions, and identify choices that feel both ambitious and sustainable. Sessions are structured enough to create momentum, but spacious enough for clients to bring what is most alive for them.
