I take a flexible, holistic and person centred approach to my coachees. I strongly believe that each individual or team doesn't exist and work in isolation but is part of a dynamic system. I have coached many different individuals (and teams) at varying levels within organisations and use a variety of tools to open up conversations and to challenge them into new ways of thinking. I believe that knowledge of somatic coaching and its link with neuroscience enables me as the coach to support the coachee to take new approaches if needed. My approach is described by coaching clients as supportive, enabling and challenging. I always look for new and creative ways to facilitate an effective session for my coachee so that they can maximise their reflections and learning. Congruence is very important to me so my approach is honest and open whilst keeping appropriate boundaries.
