Katherine is a pioneering CEO and Board-level Coach who works with global leaders and multi-cultural top teams internationally. As CEO of the Association for Coaching (AC) and Co-Founder is Wisdom8, she is a leading authority within her field, as well as a speaker, author, and coach supervisor/mentor. An Accredited Coach, Katherine was awarded Coaching/Mentoring Person of the Year by Coaching at Work in 2008 and is the recipient of the AC Honorary Awards for Impacting & Influencing the Coaching Profession. She is co-author in Excellence in Coaching; Diversity in Coaching; and Leadership Coaching; as well as a visiting lecturer at UEL’s coaching master’s programme. She holds a number of coaching qualifications and degrees, as well a number of assement tools, and a business degree in Marketing.

This is informed by by training and qualfications in Positive Psychology, Coaching Mastery, “Inner Game of Work”, Systemic Coaching, Cross-cultural Coaching, Cognitive-behavioural Coaching, Psychological Coaching, Transpersonal Coaching, Philosophy, Kline's "Time to Think", Mindfullness Practice, and Stress Management.
