I originally trained on an EMCC-accredited coach training programme, and have an MSc in Organisation Consulting from Ashridge Business School, and an MBA. I was Head of Organisation Development at the BBC, where I did my initial coach training, before setting up my own business. Now I work with a wide range of industry sectors and have clients in the commercial, public and charity sectors, as well as private individual clients. I offer coaching, leadership development, team facilitation/coaching and organisation development consulting.

I focus on building conscious awareness of, and confidence in, the inner resources of the client, as a means to increasing their effectiveness and resilience as leaders. I work with clients to clarify their leadership purpose, values, strengths and experience, and how to use this knowledge to increase their effectiveness at work. I believe in helping clients build a strong sense of their professional identity, and to look at their patterns of thinking and behaviour that both help and hinder. I encourage clients to take their experience seriously by reflecting on what happens to them in life, and understanding their own role and impact. I am well versed in psychological theory and use it to help clients understand themselves and those around them, as well as using my organisational development experience to help clients bring about personal and organisational change.
