I am a qualified coach, with an Advanced Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching, and I am also a NLP Master Practitioner. I work with individuals who are at a crossroads in their career, in areas such as achieving career change or promotion, developing greater confidence, and work/life balance. In addition, I work with organisations to provide team development workshops and coaching. This helps them to improve communication, motivation and focus, and ultimately create high performing teams. I have over ten years experience in management and Human Resources roles. My experience spans a range of areas including recruitment, training, coaching, NVQ Assessing, DISC Personal Profiling and Emotional Intelligence, both in the private and public sector.
