Coaching approach
My approach is client led, using a wide range of experience and techniques to suit their needs. I have developed a unique diagnostic coaching tool that quickly identifies individual and team coaching needs. This allows the client to take control and work on their priorities, eg changing patterns of behaviour, challenging limiting beliefs, raising their awareness - achieving measurable results.
