Juliet has more than 18 years experience in HR within the private sector from global blue-chip organisations to SME's. With experience of coaching C-suite to early careers, including assessing and unlocking leadership and career potential, she set up a leadership consultancy business, Open Square Ltd. In her early career, Juliet worked in a variety of business roles, gaining experience of working with global organisations. With her interest in people development and strategy, she moved into HR and specialised in solving helping businesses build teams in fast-paced and changing industries more latterly in IT, designing simple and effective leadership development programmes, setting up and scaling up HR and business teams. She now coaches leaders (aspiring and established), teams and facilitates workshops.
