LIT Coaching was founded in 2014 after 17 years HR Executive experience in a listed company in Cape Town. My passion for developing people has been demonstrated throughout my entire career as I was responsible for coaching, mentoring and developing HR managers in my first position in the UK in the retail sector and this continued with my developmental approach at Oceana in Cape Town. In 2014 I completed an MPhil in Management Coaching (cum laude) at Stellenbosch University. My professional accreditations include Chartered Fellow CIPD, Master HR Professional (SABPP) & Credentialed Coach (& Evaluator Level 1) COMENSA.

I am a performance focused coach with a particular emphasis on leadership coaching at senior and middle level management. My Masters research also allowed me to develop specialist knowledge on building personal resilience through coaching and this is also offered in my practice and approach .
