Jan is a very experienced and qualified executive coach, and has coached in excess of 50 senior executives in FTSE 100 companies and large public sector organisations. Prior to moving into executive coaching and consultancy, Jan had a very successful executive career with blue-chip companies in the UK, Denmark and USA. Jan held a broad range of senior technical, commercial and general management roles including a CEO role at an international corporation based in the USA. Jan has a strong reputation in initiating and effectively leading large change programmes, including corporate turn arounds, both as an executive and a consultant. Jan is a qualified Senior Practitioner Coach-Mentor from The OCM Group (EMCC EQA accredited programme). Jan is also an active contributor to the profession. He sits on the Advisory Board of EMCC UK and regularly speaks at industry events.

My coaching approach is very goal orientated and focused on helping the senior executive, or team of leaders, create results in their organisational setting. With my own senior executive and consultancy background I have great empathy with my coachees' challenges and how the coaching needs to consider the complex context of the individual's behaviours, how they motivate and lead their senior team and wider organisation, as well as how they manage customers and relationships with external stakeholders. We also run EQA accredited training programmes to give leaders and professionals the mindset, competencies and confidence to use a coaching and mentoring approach to develop and influence colleagues and customers.
