Ian Perry, BEng (Hons) MBA, has spent the past seven years in leadership development and coaching roles following a senior career in production management, change and HR in organisations including Boots Company, Glaxo Manufacturing Services, TI & Smiths Group, Textron Inc. Ian holds Level A and Level B qualifications with the British Psychological Society which qualifies him to administer and provide feedback on a number of psychometric and personality instruments including MBTI Step 1&2, 16PF, Wave, Hogan "Dark Side" (HDS), and the Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI) and Inventory of Leadership Styles (ILS).

Ian works with individuals and teams balancing an appreciative support of strengths, constructive questioning and challenge, and working to prevent derailers that may they may experience through a lack of reflection and feedback. Ian works to raise self awareness of the personalities he coaches in order to build confidence and sustainabiliity for his clients. Ian specialises in Executive Coaching to develop high performance characteristics and competence as well as Coaching Teams to deliver enhanced results through greater awareness and trust of differing styles, dealing with conflict and enhancing team processes. Ian supports his coaching through the appropriate use of reliable and valid psychometrics and diagnostics.
