In addition to her Coaching Helen was BBC's Head of International Training (since 02) & is an Independent Assessor for Appointments Commission, selecting Chairs/NEDs. Helen is trained in MBTI & her coaching framework has been further developed with a Post-Graduate Certificate (i-Coach Academy/Middlesex University). Helen’s a Fellow of CIPD & her theoretical development base comes from her core CIPD training, Masters in HRD with Nottingham Business School & the Advanced Programme in Organisation Development & HRM with Columbia University. Helen has also developed her skills in conflict resolution & is a SPCP Accredited Mediator. Helen has combined senior roles whilst enjoying family life with two children, alongside active involvement in her local community.
