Coaching approach

I work with Executives experiencing change from personal to organisational by enhancing their behaviours skills & impact. My Approach is concerned with creating a safe environment for challenging questioning to encourage honest reflection. I have a passion for encouraging authentic leadership whilst working to develop capability, enhance careers & build self-confidence. I notice that my questioning-style & creation of a positive environment are the foundations of my Sig Presence. My Model c6 sessions: Focusing on relationship building, addressing the client’s real needs and the last session focusing on the clients reflections of their own learning. My values: Authenticity, empathic relationship building, professionalism, valuing everyone & integrity. A key belief is that People want to be the best that they can be.
