I thoroughly enjoy coaching, particularly people who don't know what they'd love to do in their lives – at the beginning of adult life through to after paid work! Invariably they fully enjoy their lives and feel alive having found what they love to do and be. Alongside extensive human resources experience, I've honed my expertise through major and minor changes (organisations and individuals) – and what I've learnt through living! This includes coaching varied people at different career stages - and helping them with people and situation issues. Previous clients have said they like the way I create a safe space to be vulnerable, so that they can think, talk, question and experiment without censoring themselves.
