Hazel Bainbridge

Profile

I began coaching professionally in 2003 as an internal coach until stepping full-time into my own practice in 2008. My intention is to enable clients to enjoy increased levels of wellbeing, energy & performance & achieve the success they want with more ease. I work with aspiring leaders, first line managers through to board level directors, typically at points of personal transition eg promotion & organisational change. I enjoy supporting teams to enhance performance by developing a strengths-based collaborative approach. I am credentialed to PCC with ICF, a member of EMCC, & NLP practitioner & Strengths Strategy Certified Coach using the Clifton StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment. I provide ICF Mentoring for credentialing & qualified as a Coaching Supervisor in 2014. I really enjoy the creative, collegiate space of enquiry & critical reflection that this provides.

Coaching approach

Client feedback consistently describes me as perceptive, warm and supportive with a knack for cutting through to what matters quickly. I am curious, yet pragmatic and invite my clients to be the same as I encourage them to listen to the voice within and be open to what else might be true. For me coaching is a journey of discovery on which my client and I travel together to liberate new ideas, challenge perceptions and explore new approaches to release energy, increased performance and fulfilment. The vehicle is compassionate, intentional conversation where the client is free to dare, dream and discover.
