Halina uses an integrative coaching model which is practical where the client and their relationship with their material is key and central to the partnership. Clients describe working with Halina as being able to explore right to the edge of who they they they are; that she enables them to step into their true power; a brilliant listener with the ability to interpret what in the first session is so difficult to get clear on. Clients say that Halina challenges individuals and teams to really take risks then supporting them when they do. That she brings a sense of reality back to a current situation, showing how breaking problems down can really help, motivating the exploration in a very subtle way. She is a high level enabler, seeing potential beyond clients imaginings and bringing that into being. This work is deeply transformational creating space for significant growth and change.
