Gonzague Dufour held several senior executive positions with Bacardi, Phillip Morris International, Kraft Food having been with these companies for more than 30 years. His most recent position was Executive Recruitment and Development at Bacardi and before that he was Vice President/Human Resources for Latin America and Canada. Prior to that, he was Vice President/Human Resources for Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, he also hold the Management and Organization Development Director position. He is fluent in English, French, and loves Spanish, and holds Lominger, MBTI and Situational Leadership certifications. Certified Coach from Columbia University, He attended the CTI program. Member of ICF and EMCC, Gonzague is a global executive who worked in the U.S., France, Switzerland, and lead teams in many different Countries.
